use the setup program to install the BuildBeat Service and Web Reports.

Install the BuildBeat Administrator on a configuration manager's desktop.

Use the BuildBeat Tray to monitor projects. This should be installed
on each developer's desktop.
Recommendations for Hybrid Windows/Unix/Linux Shops

If available, use a Windows 2003 Server to act as the master BuildBeat server.
Following the steps in Chapter 2 of the Administrator's Manual,
use the setup program to install the BuildBeat Service and Web Reports.

If desired, setup cross-platform build agents on other platform servers.
Follow the instruction in Chapter 3 of the BuildBeat Administrator's Manual.

can be done by using ssh to attach to the BuildBeat server machine,
or by installing the BuildBeat Command Line program on a desktop
machine.
